FOILS

  • Pathology of alcohol use/abuse
  • Physical effects/results of alcohol use/abuse
  • Pharmacology of alcohol
  • Jellinek Chart/Drug Chart
  • Social/emotional ramifications of abuse
  • Support Groups

FOILS is presented once a month at our Outpatient clinics.  The program consists of a 3 hour intensive didactic presentation in a group setting. Documented self evaluation is also a component of the program.  The group is open to all persons with a minimum age of 18 who are known to use or are suspected to use/abuse alcohol or drugs.  Persons who have had previous known alcohol use/abuse problems would not benefit from this program.

The fee structure is 1st party pay (self pay).
