Services delivered at all sites include a comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessment, individualized treatment planning, group therapy, group counseling, and individual/family levels of care. Case management/discharge/aftercare planning is a part of all levels of care also. Co-Occurring Disorder Services are provided in Outpatient and Residential levels of care. The Residential facility has a 36 bed capacity. A highly structured daily schedule includes separate traditional and co-occurring groups, Individual, Family Counseling (as needed) and Case Management/Recovery Coach services. Ancillary services and group therapy provide a minimum 6 hours of direct services daily.
Outpatient, Residential and Sub-Acute Detox programs include professionals with appropriate certifications/licenses to provide services that are compatible with the degree of their education, training and experience. All Professional Clinical Staff must have a minimum of a MCBAP CADC Development Plan or a Bachelor or Masters Level in Human Services and or higher degree. Our Medical Director and Board Certified Psychiatrist provide medical and psychiatric services on site. A licensed Pharmacist conducts medication management for Residential and Detox clients. Other full-time administrative staff includes, the CEO, COO, Clinical Supervisor, Program Director, Clinical Director, Billing Manager Executive Assistant, and Residential Site Manager, and Transportation/Custodial Manager. Other personnel include Support Staff (Clerical), Transporters, Custodians/Maintenance, contracted staff, Billing Associates, and Recovery Coaches/Client Advocates.
The targeted populations for Outpatient, Residential and Sub-Acute Detox services are men and women, age 18 plus and older. They must qualify, as determined by ASAM Criteria and the DSM V diagnostic criteria, for substance use disorder and/or co-occurring disorders. DOT does not discriminate in regards to national origin, religion or handicap persons disability. Residential services are provided to those people who meet ASAM levels of care III-1 through and III-5. Detox services are at the Sub-Acute level of care.
Fee for services is are accepted from commercial insurance, private pay, and county, state, federal funds (Medicaid/Medicare). No clients are denied services for lack of funding; a payment arrangement is available.
Access to care is available within 48 hours after initial client contact. Emergency cases are seen immediately. Bus passes or gas cards are provided to our clients if needed. We also have an 800 hotline number that is staffed 24 hours, available 24 hours and covered by a Staff Therapist. Our outpatient site is located on the city bus route.
